In early March there was again the evening ”About Work” at De Meerwaarde. An evening to – as a student/teacher – get a nice impression of the school and working in education in an accessible way.
KRB conceived (in 2019) the event theme and developed visuals, as well as plotting a targeted media campaign both online and offline. Due to great success last year, this evening ”About Work” took place again this year. In the media campaign this time, we had focused particularly on lateral entrants from engineering and other fields. This yielded wonderful results, as there were many visitors from this target group. With a total of a 54 visitors a very successful evening, many of whom indicated through the survey form that they would like to come and work at De Meerwaarde. The Surplus Value looks back on this successful evening with satisfaction and, of course, hopes to appoint a number of new colleagues.
