In the heart of Barneveld sits Hooijer Makelaardij, a small, personal and passionate company. Owner Colinda Hooijer faced a challenge: more regional name recognition. KRB developed a campaign starring Colinda, which turned her into a real BBM: Known Barneveld Realtor.

With a focus on Barneveld's local community, KRB chose a three-month social media campaign. The target audience: anyone in Barneveld who is considering selling their home. The campaign consists of a combination of photo and video material. The ads focus on promoting the home for sale at Hooijer Realty. Also included are two videos by Colinda Hooijer. No studio set-up, no script, but "just" Colinda in action, introducing herself in her own words and in her own working environment.
The campaign is running very successfully: for one of the videos, the clickthrough rate was as high as 10%. So we can say that Hooijer Makelaardij's brand awareness has had a tremendous boost.
