De uitdaging
An agenda full of pain points...was exactly what the well-run physiotherapy practice Max Health Care in The Hague wanted. With two new physical therapists on board, there was room for growth. To KRB the challenging task of connecting new clients with the specialized joint therapists.
Despite Max Health Care's excellent reputation in The Hague and its diverse range of specializations, agendas were not full. We want to alert people with wrist, knee, back and neck complaints to the possibilities of physio treatment. But how do we reach them? And how does making an appointment for quality care become as accessible as possible?
De oplossing
KRB analyzed the target population and found that mostly elderly people in The Hague, living near the practice, were potential clients. We developed a social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness in the local community. Research showed that the target audience is active on Facebook and Instagram, which resulted in a targeted Meta campaign within the zip code areas surrounding the practice. Informative videos, in which physical therapists answered frequently asked questions, highlighted Max Health Care's distinctive personal approach.
This strategy provided a regained top-of-mind position with the target audience. But more importantly, also in significant improvement in conversion to the website with the ability to make the appointment directly online. Within six months, the agendas were completely filled.
