Care Group Zaanstreek was already active on Facebook and LinkedIn. In October 2021, a new person in charge of communications and for both branches took office. Thus a desire arose to professionalize the use of social media. To properly profile the care centers on social media, but certainly also to more easily reach potential employees in the region.
De oplossing
The first training was on the Meta Business Manager. This is a kind of cockpit from which you control all social media activities in an organized way. Rein revealed all the ins and outs of content planning and statistics. Armed with this knowledge, the team set to work on their own. Rein, meanwhile, remains available to look over their shoulder.
After they mastered the basics, we switched to the next gear. In the second training, the team dove into the advertising world of Meta, where they learned, among other things, how to advertise with targeted audiences. During each session, confidence grew. Employees were gaining traction on the platforms. The public relations manager now knows how to integrate Meta and LinkedIn as valuable tools in her daily communication activities. We look back on a successful meta-morphosis full of smiling emojis and thumbs up.
