The GIDSgala is a benefit evening that took place on Monday evening, October 2, 2023, at the AFAS Theater in Leusden. It was our honor to handle event communications for this gala for the third consecutive year. The proceeds this time, an impressive €89,000 (!) were donated to three organizations focused on mental health.

KRB developed a clever combination of email marketing, social media campaigns and a good press release, all completely in style with each other. The message was powerful: reserve a table or chair on the website and contribute to the recovery and prevention of psychological distress. In the process, we improved the website and launched a landing page optimized for mobile. Usability on the small screen is essential for higher conversion. A targeted campaign that ran for two months was reinforced by the distribution of the press release to various Christian magazines and broadcasters. KRB's video team developed the promotional video and an aftermovie. This allowed guests to reminisce long after the lights in the theater were extinguished.
